Friends of Ludington State Park annual meeting, hot dog roast Wednesday, Aug. 16
HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The non-profit, volunteer Friends of Ludington State Park will have its annual meeting/hot dog roast Wednesday, Aug. 16 at 5 p.m. at the Hamlin Lake pavilion in the park.
Learn about Friends of Ludington State Park, meet others interested in helping one of Michigan’s finest parks serve users and keeping it beautiful — and enjoy a hot dog and good people.
The informal gathering includes a brief annual meeting to elect board members. Brief updates on what FLSP has been doing will be given and FLSP board members and park staff will be on hand to answer questions.
FLSP will roast hot dogs for all who stop by and learn more about this volunteer group how to become a member, a volunteer or to support our many projects including plans for a new playground at the Hamlin Lake beach area.
