Community foundation to hold grant seeker workshop.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Nonprofit charitable organizations serving the Mason County region are eligible to apply for a grant from the Community Foundation for Mason County (CFMA).

To learn more about the application process, the Foundation is hosting a free grant seekers’ workshop, Wednesday, September 6 at 10 a.m. in the conference room at the Ludington & Scottville Chamber of Commerce, 5300 W. US 10. No advance registration necessary.

The fall grant deadline is September 30, 2017. All applications are submitted through the foundation’s website at www.mason-foundation.org/grants.

The foundation will consider proposals in the following areas: arts, community development and revitalization, education, environment, health and human services, children ages 0 – 5, and emerging community needs.
