1 taken to hospital following US 10-31 crash.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — Emergency personnel responded to a two vehicle crash in front of Root’s Tire (Wonderland Tire) at 1944 W. US 10-31 Thursday morning. The crash occurred just after 9 a.m. when a Chevrolet Malibu, driven by a 66-year-old Custer woman, rear-ended a Chevrolet SS pickup, driven by a 63-year-old Scottville woman, according to Mason County sheriff’s deputies on the scene; the pickup was attempting to make a righthand turn into the business.
The driver of the pickup was transported by ambulance to Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital where she was being treated for her injuries.
Responding to the scene were Mason County Sheriff’s Office, Scottville Fire Department, and Life EMS ambulance.
