LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Susan Marie Hogenson, 56, of 4562 W. Hesslund Rd., Pere Marquette Township, pleaded no contest May 23 to assault & battery and aiming a firearm at another person without malice. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must not have any contact with the victim; may not purchase, possess or use firearms; firearm used in the crime must be forfeited; and $865 in fines/costs. Charges of felonious assault and two counts of domestic violence were dismissed.

-Arnold Robert Lambrix, 68, of 3453 W. Circle Dr., Hart, pleaded guilty May 23 to impaired driving and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victims impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; must complete alcohol highway safety education; and $935 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).

-Timothy Charles Zeller, 34, of 610 E. Danaher St., Apt. 1, Ludington, pleaded guilty May 23 to possession of marijuana  and driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year; must have a substance abuse evaluation; and $535 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Zachery Lee Dezeeuw, 25, of 508 E. Danaher St., Apt. 2, Ludington, pleaded guilty May 23 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for six days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victims impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; must seek further substance abuse counseling; must continue current counseling with Community Mental Health; and $1,135 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. A second count of OWI was dismissed.

-Paul Edmond Turner, 31, of 405 N. William St., Ludington, pleaded guilty May 23 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victims impact panel; must complete the DUI 2 program; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $870 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. A charge of operating with a high blood alcohol content of .17 or more was dismissed.

-David Shawn Johnson, 48, of 304 N. Robert St., Ludington, pleaded no contest May 23 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; $50.87 in restitution; and $530 in fines/costs. A second count of third-degree retail fraud was dismissed.

-Alora Dannielle Linthicum, 23, of 924 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 213, pleaded guilty May 25 to disorderly – allowing a loud party and was sentenced to 30 days discretionary jail for one year; must not have any loud parties; and $285 in fines/costs.
