HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is investigating the larceny of chainsaw reported Monday, May 8, at 10:30 a.m. in the 3000 block of North Lincoln Road.
Other police activity in Mason County Monday, May 8, 2017 includes:
  • 6:20 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Scottville and Chauvez roads, Custer Township.
  • 1:30 p.m., (MSP), illegal dumping, Amber and Dewey roads, Victory Township.
  • 6:52 p.m., (MSP), a 43-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating without a license, Rasmussen and Meyers roads, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 7:05 p.m,. (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, US 10 west of US 31, Amber Township.
  • 9:46 p.m., (MSP), a 20-year-old Custer man was arrested for violating bond, 5000 block of South Eden Lake Road, Eden Township.
