District Court sentencings and dismissals.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in 79th District Court:

-Michael Anthony Molina, 21, of 408 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, pleaded guilty Mar. 30 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; 12 months of probation; and $285 in fines/costs.

-Brian Jeffery Long, 52, of 1578 S. Custer Rd., Custer Township, pleaded guilty Apr. 3 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).

-Brian Christopher Ford, 44, of 53 ½ S. State St., Hart, pleaded guilty Apr. 2 to possessing fish without a license and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $300 in fines/costs.

-J. Guadalup Rabadan-Flores, 51, of 2790 Evergreen Blvd., Bitely, pleaded guilty Apr. 3 to allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $335 in fines/costs.

Kaitlin Marie Lata, 21, of 347 Fourth St., Manistee, pleaded guilty Apr. 3 to allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $335 in fines/costs.

-Bethany Nicole Ross, 24, of 163 N. Amber Rd., Amber Township, pleaded guilty Apr. 3 to allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $335 in fines/costs.

Dismissals

-Bradley Alan Mann, 23, of 6690 Borowski Rd., Sheridan Township, had a charge of operating without security (no vehicle insurance) dismissed on Mar. 27.  According to court records, “Defendant pleaded guilty to unlawful use of plate on companion ticket and civil infraction of no proof on insurance.”

-Samantha Rose Patch, 18, of 1311 S. Madison St., Ludington, had a charge of operating without security (no vehicle insurance) dismissed on Mar. 29.  According to court records, “Per plea agreement – defendant admitted to no proof of insurance.”
