Accosting child for immoral purposes tops District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Routh

-Gavin Ray Routh, 21, of 1203 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested Apr. 1 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) on felony charges of accosting a child for immoral purposes and indecent exposure. Preliminary hearing: April 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Routley

-Robert Harold Routley, 22, of 1030 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested Mar. 31 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.  Preliminary hearing: April 19 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Matthew Scott Miller, 30, of 5653 W. Dewey Rd., Hamlin Township; Mar. 23; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Apr. 24 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Derrick Aaron Burris, 36, of 5000 S. Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township; Mar. 30; SPD; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Apr. 24 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

-Richard Lee James, 46, of 4019 S. Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township; Mar. 28; SSCENT; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Apr. 10 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

-Zachary Tyler Monroe, 22, of 220 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Mar. 30; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Apr. 17 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

-Susan Marie Sell, 61, of 4445 W. Fisher Rd., Victory Township; Mar. 30; MCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI) and having an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Apr. 24 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

-Matthew Jason Case, 43, of 6413 Duneview, Hamlin Township; Apr. 3; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Apr. 24 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

-Matthew Edward Lunde, 38, of 705 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Mar. 30; Michigan State Police (MSP); failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Apr. 24 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.

-Kerri Lynn Hargett, 41, of 1101 Daisy Lane, Pere Marquette Township; Mar. 30; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and failure to stop after an accident. Pretrial: Apr. 24 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
