Program to address fall management. 

LUDINGTON — Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. Bethany Lutheran Church will be offering an eight week program that addresses concerns people may have with falling.

• The program’s topics will include:
• Viewing falls as controllable.
• Setting goals for increasing activity.
• Making changes to reduce fall risks at home.
• Exercising to increase strength and balance.

Anyone concerned about falls is encouraged to attend. The cost is a $10 suggested donation for the program that is scheduled for eight consecutive weeks beginning Tuesday, Feb. 21 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church, 1101 S. Madison Street. Workbooks and refreshments will be provided.
