LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:
Felonies
Saporita-Fargo
– Mark Alan Saporita-Fargo, 47, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 23 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of conspiracy-unlawful imprisonment, bond absconding, and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $500,000 cash/surety.
Miller
– Jeffery Alan Miller, 50, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 23 by MCSO on a felony charge of unlawful imprisonment. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 3 pm. Bail: $75,000 cash/surety.
– Cody Morgan Denton, 22, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 29 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, felony firearm, aggravated assault and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Feb. 8 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

– Crystal Anne Craft, 36, of 1868 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township; Jan. 29; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Eleasar Esparza, Jr., 25, of 5634 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township; Jan. 20; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Cara Antoniette Monton, 18, of 3374 S. Tuttle Rd., Eden Township; Jan. 23; MCSO; domestic violence, second offense. Pretrial: March 6 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Kery Linn Mahan, 21, of 112 Thornwild, Apt. A4, Scottville; Jan. 24; LPD; malicious destruction of a building. Pretrial: March 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Melisa Ann Richards, 42, of 910 US 10, Ludington; Jan. 25; MSP; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 6 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Zada Ann Holey, 21, of 603 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Jan. 27; LPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrail: March 6 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Jenna Kay Davis, 21, of 2954 E. Meisenheimer Rd., Eden Township; Jan. 21; MCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: March 6 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Paul Michael Merten, 51, of 511 Johnson St., Hart; Dec. 29; LPD; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
