LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

-Jason Michael Perrone, 33, of 580 W. Marrison Rd., Riverton Township; Dec. 28; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

-Preston Jesus Lara, 19, of 554 W. Bradshaw Rd., Riverton Township; Dec. 30; MCSO; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Jan. 23 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Noah Jon Thomas Raines, 21, of 7438 W. Wingleton, Baldwin; Jan. 1; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Curtis James Tomasik, 33, of 18658 Seminole, Redford, Michigan; Jan. 1; Ludington Police Department; OWI. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Eric Michael Levine, 39, of 11651 W. US 10, Branch Township; Dec. 26; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

Dismissals

-Sarah Ann Bonneau, 31, of 909 N. Emily St., Apt. B2, Ludington, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed Dec. 21. Court documents state, “Interests of justice do not require further prosecution of this matter.”

-Brent Alexander Swain, 19, of 2429 High St., Custer, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed Dec. 21. Court documents state, “Defendant pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.”
