LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Humphreys

– Tabatha Christine Humphreys, 30, no address listed, was arrested Dec. 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for first-degree home invasion; two counts of felony firearms; receiving/concealing stolen firearms; and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Jan. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $75,000 cash/surety.

Petrick

– Blake Allan Petrick, 21, of 202 W. Maple Ave., Scottville, was arrested Dec. 17 by MCSO on two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one count of domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: Jan. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Nicholas Charles Stulz, 37, of 6169 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested Dec. 15 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for delivery of a controlled substance. Preliminary hearing: Jan. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. (Photo not available).

– Jenna Lee Berndt, 32, of 6169 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested Dec. 16 by SSCENT for delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Preliminary hearing: Jan. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
