PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — The three Ludington area obstetrics and gynecology practices are combining their offices in one location. The move comes one year after all three practices integrated with Spectrum Health.

When the move is complete, the practices of doctors Timothy Murphy, Margaret Gustafson, and Dannie Gentry, will all be located at 250 N. Nelson Road, where Dr. Gentry has been practicing since 2007.

“We believe that combining the practices in one location, with adjacent parking, will increase convenience for our OB/GYN patients,” said Dr. David Ottenbaker, associate chief medical officer—regions, for Spectrum Health Medical Group. “Spectrum Health has one of the most experienced and largest women’s health specialty programs in Michigan, and we’re fortunate to have such experienced physicians in Ludington.”

Dr. Murphy recently moved to the new location, closing his former office on Ludington Avenue. Dr. Gustafson will soon join the other physicians, moving from her present office in Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital’s medical office building.

“While we have been advertising our new location, and informed all our patients, I’ve received a number of inquiries from people who noticed that our previous office is vacant but hadn’t yet heard about the change,” Dr. Murphy said. “I want to assure one and all that we are open and ready to assist them with their medical needs.”

The existing phone numbers for all three will connect with the new, consolidated practice. The numbers are: Dr. Gentry, 231.843.6767; Dr. Gustafson, 231.845.5992; and Dr. Murphy, 231.425.4747. (This paragraph has been updated).

In December of 2015 they all integrated their practices with Ludington Hospital and the Spectrum Health Medical Group.

Also practicing at the new, integrated location, will be Dr. Jennifer Miller, who works with Dr. Gustafson. It will also prove efficient for nurse practitioner Michelle Gentry,  who works with both Dr. Gentry and Dr. Gustafson and will now spend her work days in the same office.

More information about the OB/GYN practices is available at spectrumhealth.org/ludingtonobgyn.
