PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 27-year-old Ludington man was arrested for disorderly person by Mason County sheriff’s deputies at the Airport EZ Mart gas station on West US 10 Friday, Dec. 16, at 10:55 a.m. “after he was found by store employees intoxicated and passed out in the women’s restroom sitting on the toilet,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

– 8:45 a.m., (Michigan State Police), hit-and-run crash, under investigation, US 10 near Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

– 12:13 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 and Sauble Drive, Free Soil Township.

– 3:25 p.m., (MSP), two-car crash, no injuries, US 10 west of the US 31 northbound ramp, Amber Township.

– 3:58 p.m., (MCSO), a warrant is being requested for a 55-year-old Ludington woman for third-degree retail fraud stemming from an incident at Walmart, 4800 block of W. US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 4:40 p.m., (MSP), a 34-year-old Manistee man was arrested for second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and on an outstanding warrant, US 10 near Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

– 8:03 p.m., (MCSO), a 53-year-old Pentwater man was arrested for DWLS and possession of open intoxicants after he reportedly put his vehicle in the ditch, US 31 freeway near the Chauvez Road overpass, Pere Marquette Township.
