LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Felony

Ziemkowski

– Steven John Ziemkoski, 49, of 607 Seventh St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 22 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Dec. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Jason Charles Gillette, 32, of 109 E. Foster St., Ludington; Nov. 18; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); malicious destruction to a building. Pretrial: Dec. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

– William Todd Virta, 46, of 1310 Oak Dr., Manistee; Nov. 19; MCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 19 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Tammy Marie Parker, 56, of 2945 Branchwoods Rd., Branch Township; Nov. 22; Michigan State Police (MSP); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.
