LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

– Glen Arthur Bentley, II, 37, of 9557 E. Anthony Rd., Logan Township, was arrested Nov. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under the age of 13 and second-degree CSC – victim under the age of 13. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.

– Justin David Argue, 29, of 3881 S. Darr Rd., Eden Township, was arrested Nov. 9 by MCSO on felony charges of interfering with an electronic communications device and second-offense domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Jeremiah James St. Clair, 34, of 3759 Joseph St., Wellston, was arrested Nov. 11 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of alprazolam and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. Preliminary hearing: Nov. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jacob Conrad Richard, 18, of 113 Fox Hound Rd., Grand Blanc; Nov. 14; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); possession of marijuana. Pretrial was Nov. 14. Bail: $2,500 personal.

– Marcus Dale Ellis, 58, of 2206 E. Parkwood Ave., Burton; Nov. 14; DNR; possession of marijuana. Pretrial was Nov. 14. Bail: $2,500 personal.
