LUDINGTON — Bryan Patrick Lund, 30, 68 W. Hoague Road, Grant Township, and Nicole Lynn Kaiser, , 28, 50 Wayne Road, Pentwater, were arraigned Monday, Nov. 7, in 79th District Court after their arrest Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office in the Save-A-Lot parking lot, 5530 W. US 10.

Lund has been charged with the felony charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, third offense (punishable by up to 15 years in prison and/or a fine of not less than $2,500 and no more than $10,000), possession of a controlled substance (punishable by up to four years in prison and/or $25,000 fine), along with the misdemeanor of driving a vehicle while license suspended, second offense (punishable by up to a year in jail). He is also being charged with being a habitual offender. A 79th District Court probable cause hearing is scheduled for Nov. 16 at 2:30 p.m. Bond set at cash surety, $10,000.

Kaiser has been charged with the felony of possession of a controlled substance (punishable by up to four years in prison and/or $25,000 fine). She is scheduled to appear for a probable cause hearing on Nov. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bond was set at cash/surety, $7,500.
