PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 30-year-old Manistee man was arrested Sunday afternoon by Mason County sheriff deputies on drunk driving and drug charges after the man’s vehicle struck two vehicles in the Save-A-Lot parking lot, 5530 W. US 10.

The man was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while a license is suspended, and possession of heroin. His passenger, a 28-year-old Pentwater woman, was arrested for possession of heroin.
