Man attends court hearing, gets arrested on another charge.

LUDINGTON — A 46-year-old Fountain man was arrested at the Mason County Courthouse Wednesday, Oct. 19,  by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office. He was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Lake County for simple assault, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

He had been at the courthouse for a hearing on an unrelated matter, according to Cole.
