Police seek ‘person of interest’ in domestic violence case.

LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department seeks the public’s help in locating Jessie O’Connor, who is a “person of interest” in a domestic violence incident that occurred Wednesday, Oct. 19.

“The Ludington Police Department is looking for information regarding the location of Jessie O’Connor,” states a press release issued Wednesday by Ludington Police Chief Mark Barnett. “Jessie O’Connor is a person of interest in a domestic violence incident which occurred on Oct. 19, 2016 in the City of Ludington.”

O’Connor is described as a white male, age 35, with black hair, blue eyes and a beard. He was
last seen wearing a blue hoodie sweatshirt with “Amsterdam” written on the front, blue jeans, gray and white shoes and a black Adidas-brand backpack.
