Tea Party meeting to feature Rep. Franz.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — State Representative Ray Franz (R-Onekama) will be the speaker at this month’s Ludington Area Tea Party meeting, to be held on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 6:30 p.m. at Gospel Light Baptist Church, 105 N. Dennis Road.
Franz, who represents Michigan’s 101st House district (Mason, Manistee, Benzie, and Leelanau counties), will talk about current legislative issues, the Convention of the States which he attended and what might happen in the lame duck session. Franz ends his three terms on Dec. 31.
