SCOTTVILLE — A 50-year-old Scottville woman was injured after the vehicle she was driving was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of State Street (US 10) and Reinberg Avenue Tuesday afternoon. 

Around 4:45 p.m. a Chevrolet pickup, driven by a 41-year-old Scottville woman was southbound on Reinberg Avenue when the driver apparently failed to yield at the stop sign, according to the Mason County Sheriff’s Office. 

The pickup struck an eastbound Dodge Caravan minivan, injuring its driver. The minivan’s other two passengers were uninjured. 

The minivan driver was transported to Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. 

No citations were issued.
