VICTORY TOWNSHIP — Community members interested in participating in West Shore Community College’s Business and Community Education (BCE) fall 2016 season programming can enroll online for the upcoming classes, events and workshops.

Each season, WSCC’s BCE program provides enjoyable, practical learning opportunities for everyone, and this season, the college is offering more non-credit classes at the Manistee County Education Center.

From fitness classes, arts and crafts, technology workshops, thought-provoking seminars, office and business trainings, the BCE program has something for everyone.

Get a head start on this season’s holiday prep, obtain fresh ideas for turkey dinners, or have fun creating homemade gifts.

In more business focused trainings, community members can further their design knowledge with Intro to Photoshop and Microsoft Publisher.  The BCE will also be offering Quickbooks and Basic Grant Writing.

“Business and Community Education is an opportunity for our community members to participate in activities that may otherwise be unavailable, to further explore hobbies, or to enhance a particular skill set.  We are always looking for ways to expand our offerings, and we have several new classes this year based upon suggestions we received,” states Crystal Young, director of BCE programming

A program announcement has been delivered to households in the WSCC district and registration for BCE classes is underway and continues throughout the season.

For a full schedule of noncredit classes offered by BCE and to register, go to www.westshore.edu, scroll to bottom, and click “boc registration” under Quick Links.
