LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Tormen

-Nancy Lea Tormen, 55, 3709 Coachlight Common St., Lansing, was arrested August 7 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of resisting/obstructing and larceny less than $200. Preliminary hearing: August 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Jason Matthew Kapala, 28, 108 E. Green St., Scottville, August 8, LPD, domestic violence second offense. Pretrial: September 12 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Pattie Sue Schwandt, 44, 6828 W. 8 Mile Rd., Irons, August 8, LPD, assault and battery and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: August 22 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Timothy Eric Smogoleski, 34, 1209 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, August 3, LPD, assault and battery. Pretrial: August 29 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jeremy Leon Hawkins, 33, 165 Cedar St., Baldwin, July 30, LPD, OWI and operating with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: August 29 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Daniel Armando Ibarra, 22, 2858 W. Lexington St., Unit B, Chicago, July 29, Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), possession of marijuana. Pretrial: August 29 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-William Joseph Hendrix, 60, 264 Lizbeth Rd., Holland, April 13, MCSO, driver transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: August 29 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.

-Kyle Michael Rawson, 33, 802 St. Paul St., Ludington, August 5, MCSO, third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: August 22 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
