LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Adams

– Marlon Derrick Adams, 50, 14325 Minock St., Detroit, was arrested July 6 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of delivering a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams, possession of marijuana, and habitual offender fourth offense. Preliminary hearing: July 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000 cash/surety.

Burden

– Lloyd Joseph Burden, 23, 3612 N. Stiles Rd., Victory Township, was arrested July 5 by MCSO on felony charges of malicious destruction of police property, possession of marijuana and allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle. Preliminary hearing: July 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Biggin

– James Phillip Biggin III, 30, no address listed, was arrested July 12 by MCSO on felony charges of uttering and publishing, third degree retail fraud, and habitual offender fourth offense. Preliminary hearing: August 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Carr

– Jason L. Carr, 32, 1485 Betty Ave., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested July 3 by MCSO on felony charges of uttering and publishing and second degree retail fraud second offense. Preliminary hearing: July 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 pecent.

Horowski

– Daniel John Horowski, 33, 916 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested July 4, by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance – marijuana and a felony charge of habitual offender fourth offense. Preliminary hearing: July 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Clinton Earl Seymour, 41, 5350 W. Hesslund Rd., Pere Marquette Township, July 9, MCSO, operating with a high blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: September 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Corrie Lynn Cook, 28, 5682 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township, July 8, MCSO, domestic violence second offense. Pretrial: July 18 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500 cash/surety.

– Traci Lee Petersen, 21, 5842 W. Mavis Rd., Hamlin Township, July 7, MCSO, third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: August 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

– Dejna Monique Bab, 310 W. Court St., Ludington, July 7, MCSO, third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: July 25 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

– Zeressa Rae Cregg, 17, 3875 E. Manales Rd., Sherman Township, July 7, MCSO, third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: August 1 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal.

– David James Monroe, 53, PO Box 163, Ludington, July 1, MCSO, operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: August 1 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Bobby Lee Nelson, 34, 6699 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, July 7, Michigan State Police (MSP), failure to maintain security (no insurance). Pretrial: August 1 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal.
