Ludington man arraigned for felony drunk driving following nudity report.

LUDINGTON — Paul Pemberton, 56, of Ludington was arraigned in 79th District Court on the felony charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence third offense. He was arrested Tuesday at 1:43 a.m. after deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office were called to the US 31 rest area in Summit Township  for a report of a man wandering around nude. When deputies approached Pemberton, he got into his vehicle and drove away. He was pulled over by deputies and then arrested a short distance later for drunk driving.

A probable cause hearing for Pemberton is scheduled for July 27. Bond was set at $10,000, 10 percent.
