LUDINGTON — A 38-year-old Ludington man was ordered to serve seven months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, June 21, for stealing Xanax from a co-worker’s purse at McDonald’s.

Christopher Lee Baysinger, of 1044 Pineway, is convicted of a felony of larceny in a building and a misdemeanor of use of a controlled substance.

Baysinger was given credit for 63 days served in jail. His driver’s license is suspended for one year with a restricted license after 60 days.
