Felonies

Immer

– Eric William Immer, 18, 2291 E. Verne Rd., Burt, Michigan, was arrested May 20 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Preliminary hearing: June 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Southern

– David Robert Southern, 37, no address listed, was arrested June by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of larceny in a building. Preliminary hearing: June 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Czarnecki

– Philip Czarnecki, 61, 11816 Morton Rd., Manistee, was arrested June 1 by Michigan State Police (MCP) on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm while under the influence. Preliminary hearing: June 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Yennior

– Joseph Lynn Yennior, Jr., 26, no address listed, was arrested June 4 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of failure to register as a sex offender and failure to comply with reporting duties.
