LUDINGTON — A 32-year-old Ludington woman was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, June 7, to serve four months up front of an 11-month term for a conviction of larceny in building.

Marigo Lynn Griffin, of 1057 Lancer Lane, Lot 27, stole controlled substances from a co-worker, which is “an identical act” that she engaged in six years ago, said Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola.

Sentencing guidelines are 0-11 months.

Griffin was also sentenced to 18 months probation.
