LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:
Felonies
Saporita-Fargo
– Mark Alan Saporita-Fargo, 46, 5971 County Road 30, Monroeville, Alabama, was arrested May 29 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on felony charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct and habitual offender fourth offense. Preliminary hearing: June 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.
Hill
– Vernon Jeffrey Hill, 50, 3674 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested May 27 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana. Preliminary hearing: June 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
Spinner
– Lauren Charlene Spinner, 24, 2516 N. US-31, Sherman Township, was arrested May 27 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (alprazolam). Preliminary hearing: June 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Joseph Michael Cook, 24, 5180 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested May 28 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: June 20 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
– Kelly Michael Scharich, 43, 2085 E. Townline Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested May 24 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license suspended (DWLS) second offense. Pretrial: June 20 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Felipe Tudon, 31, 1798 W. US 10-31, Amber Township, was arrested May 26 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for malicious destruction of property less than $200, stalking and malicious use of service provided by telecommunications service provider. Pretrial: June 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
