SCORE to host customer service workshops.

LUDINGTON — SCORE, a service of the Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce, will host two free workshops on customer service at the Book Mark, 201 S. Rath Ave.
Customer Service 101
This is geared to the employees but management members should sit in so they are in the conversation and can listen to their employees’ perspective.   The workshop will go over the basics of how to provide good customer service, and will instill the basic philosophy of providing that service.  It sets the ground for the management team to mold the employee into their system.
From Good to Great in Hospitality
This workshop is geared to management and owners that want an overview on how to create an ecosystem that breeds good customer service.  It also touches on how implementing certain practices can make you stand out from the competition, and create a truly unique experience for your customer.
Friday, May 27: From Good to Great in Hospitality, 8 to 9 a.m., 11 a.m. to noon; Customer Service 101, 9 to 10 a.m., noon to 1 pm.
Friday, June 17: From Good to Great in Hospitality, 8 to 9 a.m.; Customer Service 101: 9 to 10 a.m.
