LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Duquette

– David Darrell Duquette, 60, of 1000 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested March 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: March 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Ashley Chance

– Ashley Renee Chance, 28, of 356 Oakwood Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested March 8 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of delivery of marijuana and maintaining a drug house. Preliminary exam: March 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Andrew Chance

– Andrew Jon Chance, 37, of of 356 Oakwood Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested March 8 by SSCENT for felony counts of delivery of marijuana; possession of narcotic or cocaine less 25 grams; possession of weapons/ammunition by a felon; and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: March 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Matthew Thomas Courteau, 58, North Main Street, Scottville, March 6 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Preliminary exam: March 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
