LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Paul

– Cathleen Margaret Paul, 58, of 4340 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Feb. 29 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police; one felony count of attempted malicious destruction of police property; second-offense habitual offender; and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: March 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Miller

– Donald Thomas Miller, 27, of 203 S. Crowley St., Scottville, was arrested Feb. 28 by MCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanor counts of second-offense operating while intoxicated and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: March 9 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Teri Lynn Schultz, 42, of 4728 W. Sixth St., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Feb. 27 by MCSO for a felony of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: March 9 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Fluellen

– Darius Malik Fluellen, 19, of 19437 Burt Rd., Detroit, was arrested Feb. 23 by MCSO for felonies of tobacco products tax act violation; stealing/retaining a financial transaction device (FTD) without consent; and identity theft. Probable cause hearing: March 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Latimer

– Anthony Tyrone Latimer, 28, of 1023 Lawndale, Ludington, was arrested Feb. 25 by LPD for a felony of malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000, malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: March 9 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Moody

– Ethan Thomas Moody, 21, of 6175 E. Decker Rd., Branch Township, was arrested Feb. 26 by the DNR Cadillac Field Office for a felony of third-degree fleeing and eluding police. Probable cause hearing: March 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Lindsay Lee Towns, 26, of 704 W. Lowell St., Ludington; Feb. 19; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Julie Rae Taylor, 57, of 2068 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby; Feb. 25; MCSO; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
