March for Life is Sunday.

LUDINGTON — Right to Life of Mason County’s annual Memorial Service and March for Life will be held Sunday, Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. at Community Church, 109 N. Harrison St. The event commemorates the 43rd anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Roe vs. Wade, allowing the legalization of abortion.

The event begins with a 2 p.m. memorial service featuring guest speaker Roger Stanwick, followed by a silent march to the Mason County Courthouse and back to the church at 2:30 p.m. and then refreshments and pizza at 3 p.m. at the church.

A free will offering will be taken up to benefit the billboard campaign sponsored by Mason County Right to Life.
