– 11:13 a.m., (LPD), fraud, 1000 block of N. William St., City of Ludington.

– 1:50 p.m., (MSP), two-car property damage accident, Rasmussen Rd. and Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Township.

– 3:27 p.m., (LPD), warrant pick-up, 600 block of W. Ludington Ave., City of Ludington.

– 4:57 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 Freeway near Pere Marquette Hwy., Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016:

– 1:09 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injuries, Stiles Rd. and Victory Dr., Victory Township.

– 2:09 a.m., (LPD), breaking and entering in progress, 400 block of E. Loomis St., City of Ludington.

– 4:30 a.m., (LPD), assault, South Harrison St., City of Ludington.

– 8 a.m., (MSP), a 35-year-old Hart man was arrested for possession of marijuana, State and High streets, City of Scottville.

– 12:39 p.m, (MCSO), alarm activation, 5000 block of W. US 10, PM Township.

– 6:52 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Sugar Grove and Custer roads, Sherman Township. A 50-year-old Branch man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated as a result.
