Fountain man sentenced to jail for 4th-degree CSC.

LUDINGTON — A 26-year-old Fountain man currently lodged in the Lake County Jail was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Jan. 5, to a one-year jail term for a conviction of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC).

In addition to the jail term, Michael Ryan Albaugh, of 6694 E. Oak Ridge, was sentenced to five years probation and must have no contact with the victim or minor females.

Albaugh is incarcerated in the Lake County Jail until June 20, according to his defense attorney David Glancy. He received credit for 358 days already served in jail, and his Mason County sentence runs concurrently to the Lake County case.
