The following is local law enforcement activity in Mason County Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015:

– 12:49 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), minor in possession, 200 block of East First Street, City of Ludington.

– 7:30 a.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 24-year-old Custer man was cited for operating without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle, US 31 and Free Soil Road, Free Soil Township.

– 3:30 p.m., (MSP), two-car property damage accident, US 10 and Pere Marquette Hwy., PM Township.

– 8:16 p.m., (MSP), a 35-year-old Branch man was arrested on a fugitive warrant for failure to appear, US 10 and Darr Road, Custer Township.
