51st Circuit Court sentencings

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Shawn Ruse-Kiogima

– Shawn Michael Ruse-Kiogima, 20 of 213 William St., Petoskey, was found guilty Nov. 10 of probation violation. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 283 days served; must successfully complete Special Alternative Incarceration (SAI) or “boot camp”; $1,127.23 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs. Probation is revoked. Probation stems from a March 18, 2014 conviction of larceny in a building.

Dennis

– Ronald Shane Dennis, 43, of 140 Griswold St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 16 of first-degree retail fraud and third-offense habitual offender. He was sentenced Nov. 10 to two to 10 years in prison with credit for 63 days served in jail; and $258 in fines and costs.
