    Kayla Ann-Marie Jowers, 22, of 304 S. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 2 by SSCENT for a felony of possession of narcotic less than 25 grams. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

    Donald Ray Picklesimer III, 24, of 8140 Evanston Ave., Ravenna, was arrested Oct. 30 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of methamphetamine possession and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

    Andrea Benet King Pena, 35, of 309 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 2 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of receiving and concealing stolen property more than $1,000/less than $20,000. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

    Jeffery Thomas Nitz, 42, of 3786 W. Forest Hill Circle, Amber Township, was arrested Nov. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of first-degree home invasion; possession of burglar tools; and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

    Alyxander Carl Smith, 22, of 205 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 2 by LPD for three counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent; embezzlement of a vulnerable adult; and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 18 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

    Joseph Benjamin TerHaar, 29, of 3160 N. Amber Rd., Victory Township, was arrested Nov. 3 by MCSO for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana, along with misdemeanors of improper transport of medical marijuana; unlawful use of a license plate; no operator’s license on person; and operating without insurance. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 6 by LPD for felonies of larceny in a building; aggravated domestic violence; and stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent. – Misty Marie Crupe, 27, of 922 High St., Manistee, was arrested Nov. 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 23 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Derek Lee Garcia, 17, of 2823 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Nov. 2 by SSCENT for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 21, of 1047 Pineway, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: DEc. 2 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Mary Ester Escamilla, 42, of 5742 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was arrested Nov. 3 by MSCO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Catarino Rocha Ramirez, 43, of 5742 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was arrested Nov. 3 by MSCO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Chance Michael Christmas, 23, of 686 S. Custer Rd., Custer Township, was arrested Nov. 3 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of improper transport of medical marijuana. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Michelle Marie Drabenstott, 47, of 715 N. Rowe St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Connor James Davis, 17, of 40 S. Campbell Rd., Branch Township, was arrested Nov. 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 23 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Jenna May Silver, 19, of 6449 Fork Ave., Grand Rapids, was arrested Nov. 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Kyle David Wise, 17, of 509 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 4 by LPD for misdemeanors of domestic violence and malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dustin Leroy Sowles, 28, of 5579 Johnson Rd., Greenville, was arrested Nov. 4 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
