LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Garcia-Hernandez

– Jorge Luis Garcia-Hernandez, 21, of 2272 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for two felony counts of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and one count of possession of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Carroll

– Eric William Carroll, 31, of 207 E. Second St., Scottville, was arrested Oct. 21 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of possession of narcotic or cocaine 5-49 grams. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Borgh

– Terryn DeWayne Borgh, III, 18, of 3613 N. Stiles Rd., Victory Township, was arrested Oct. 22 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for felonies of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and possession of marijuana on school property. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Kapala

– Jeffery Anthony Kapala, 29, of 2165 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Oct. 21 by SSCENT for two felony counts of possession of narcotic or cocaine 5-49 grams. Probable cause hearing: $10,000/10 percent.

Rex

– Robert Dave Rex II, 31, of 8677 Beaver St., Alto, Mich., was arrested Oct. 21 by the Michigan State Police Sixth District Tobacco Enforcement Program for a felony of counterfeiting – delivery/possession. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Susan Marie Wagner, 50, of 901 N. Gaylord Ave., Apt. 5, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 8 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 10 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Manuel Lopez-Rafael, 37, of 4748 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby, was arrested Oct. 24 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Robert Roy Lange, 29, of 1162 Harrison, Manistee, was arrested Oct. 26 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Jon Howard McKinley III, 26, of 803 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was cited by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Calvin James Greiner, 30, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., #4, Summit Township, was arrested Oct. 22 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Eric Michael Sherman, 32, of 307 W. Third St., Scottville, was arrested Oct. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Donald Keith Martinez, 29, of 936 E. Maple St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 4 by LPD for a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Brandon Joseph LeClair, 30, of 149 S. Stephens Rd., Walhalla, was arrested Oct. 17 by MSP for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jordyn Alexandria Gannon, 18, of 208 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 25 by LD for possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Corrina Sue Frye, 41, of 19492 Cedar Run Rd., Traverse City, was arrested Oct. 25 by MCSO for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Lavonte Tashwan-Bruce Moses, 22, of 1992 Interwood St., Muskegon, was arrested Oct. 25 by LPD for a misdemeanor of breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Elijah Nathaniel Kane, 25, of 1391 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 25 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
