PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — Fishing equipment was stolen from a charter boat parked in a parking lot in the 5000 block of W. US-10 Thursday, Sept. 24, at 8:33 a.m., according the to Mason County Sheriff’s Office.

11:43 a.m., (MCSO), a 34-year-old Fountain man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in Muskegon County, Main St. and Second St., Village of Custer.

2:45 p.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 28-year-old Fountain man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, 2000 block of 28th St., Village of Fountain.
