LUDINGTON — The following was sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

– Wesley Donald Hackert, 29, of 5902 Pleasant Ridge, Pere Marquette Township, was found guilty Aug. 4 of controlled substance possession of narcotic or cocaine, less than 25 grams and fourth-offense habitual offender. He was sentenced Sept. 8 to one year in jail with credit for 94 days served; serve 94 days up front/balance to be served at the court’s discretion; $558 in fines and costs; two years probation; and driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days.
