79th District Court arraignments include CSC, resisting police, home invasion

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Shon Michael Gascoigne, 25, of 607 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 11 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC); attempted third-degree CSC; delivery of a controlled substance, schedule 4 and marijuana, to a minor; and furnishing obscenity to a child. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Amanda Ruth Johnson, 32, no address listed, was arrested Sept. 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police; domestic violence; and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Nathaniel DeShawn Hernandez, 27, no address listed, was arrested Sept. 14 by the LPD for a felony of larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Richard Edward Anderson, 52, of 9022 Caberfae Hwy., Manistee, was arrested Sept. 11 by MCSO for a felony of non-sufficient funds check. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Kari Anne-Marie Sampson, 25, of 502 E. Danaher St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 10 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Brian Michael Sheffield II, 27, of 502 E. Danaher St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 10 by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Jamie Leigh Cluck, 30, of 208 E. State St., Apt. 2, Scottville, was arrested Sept. 11 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Derek Michael Routley, 26, of 936 E. Maple St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 10 by LPD for a felony of first-degree home invasion; domestic violence; and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Vanessa Regaldo, 24, of 180 W. Main St., Hart, was arrested Sept. 6 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 5 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Chad Alan Bentley, 33, of 907 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jennifer Lynn Nickleson, 27, of 210 E. Second St., Scottville, was arrested Sept. 10 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Samuel Raymond Hogan, 47, of 16101 Roaring Brook Dr., Hersey, Mich., was arrested Sept. 13 by the DNR – Cadillac office for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
