79th District Court arraignments include resisting police, larceny

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Jacobs

– Gerald Robert Jacobs, III, of 1675 W. Conrad Rd., Custer Township, was arrested Aug. 4 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for three felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police; one count of assault and battery; and one count of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) under $200. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Clark

– Kayleigh Lynn Clark, 26, of 707 W. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 6 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of larceny in a building and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Wilbur

– Don Victor Wilbur, no date of birth listed, 1386 S. State Rd. Ionia, was arrested Aug. 9 by MCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while impaired and operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Preliminary exam: Aug. 19 at 11:15 a.m.

– William Lawrence Eichhorn, 54, of 9279 S. Three Lakes Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Aug. 6 by MCSO for a felony of possession of analogues. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent

Winkel

– Erika Janay Winkel, 42, of 867 S. Lakeshore Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Aug. 6 by MCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing was Aug. 12. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Kristin Lee Lattin, 26, of 3868 S. Riverview Dr., Hesperia, was arrested Aug. 5 by MCSO for a felony of possession of analogues. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Heather Lyn Harthun, 41, of 264 6th Ave., Apt. 1, Manistee, was arrested Aug. 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Echo Rae Ames, 58, of 926 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 3 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Thomas Dean Ragen, 32, of 2222 Osborne, Hesperia, was arrested Aug. 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Roger Allen Hernandez, 40, of 191 N. Bonnie St., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Aug. 3 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for misdemeanors of reckless driving and failure to report an accident to fixtures. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– James Christopher LeClair, 31, of 929 N. Gaylord Ave. Ludington, was arrested Aug. 3 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Connie Marie Dust, 36, of 502 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 6 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of embezzlement – agent or trustee. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Kelly Kay Lawson, 49, of 9279 S. Three Lakes Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Aug. 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Rachael Joy-Kraai VanOrder, 34, of 42 W. Dewey Rd., Apt. 3, Victory Township, was arrested Aug. 6 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Marc Anthony Buckland, 34, of 147 Bonnie St., P.M. Township, was arrested Aug. 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Daniel Lee Bothwell, 38, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 7 by LPD for a misdemeanor of MDOP to a building less than $200. Pretrial was Aug. 11. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Joseph Thomas Oleniczk, 23, of 9626 N. Stephens Rd., Free Soil Township, was arrested Aug. 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Colin Michael Gourley, 27, of 1700 55th Terrace SW, Apt. 1, Naples, Fla., was arrested Aug. 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Dustin James Horn, 20, no address listed, was arrested June 22 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a misdemeanor of possession of schedule 5/LSD. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
