51st Circuit Court sentencings include prison terms for probation violation

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 51st Circuit Court:

Stockwell-Xaviera

Stockwell-Xaviera

– Xaviera Clarice Stockwell, 35, of 507 Sixth St., Ludington, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Aug. 4 to one year and one month to five years in prison with credit for 180 days served in jail and $466 in fines and costs. Her probation stems from Sept. 16, 2014 convictions of two counts of jail/prisoner possessing contraband. Her probation was revoked.

Martinez

Martinez

– Michael Thomas Martinez, 30, of 204 S. Harrison St., Ludington, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Aug. 4 to one year and four months to two years in prison with credit for 478 days served in jail and $598 in fines and costs. His probation stems from March 12, 2013 convictions of attempted assault with a weapon and and domestic violence. His probation was revoked.
