SCOTTVILLE — A 49-year-old Baldwin woman was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop for operating while under the influence of drugs, and her passenger, a 54-year-old Baldwin man, was arrested for possession of schedule 4 narcotics Thursday, Aug. 6, at 10:56 a.m. at State and Elm streets.

Other local law enforcement activity Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015 includes:

– 2:05 p.m.,  (MCSO),  a 34-year-old Ludington woman was arrested following a traffic stop for second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and improper registration, S. Main and High St., Village of Custer.

– 3:55 p.m.,  (Michigan State Police, Hart post), two-car property damage accident, Tinkham and Rath, City of Ludington.

– 6:27 p.m., (MCSO), larceny of a bicycle, 900 block of W. Hansen, Amber Twp.

– 6:54 p.m., (MCSO), medical assist, 3100 block of S. Lakeshore, Summit Twp.
