79th District Court arraignments include resisting police, assault with a dangerous weapon, cocaine possession

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

– Carlos Martin Lopez, 23, of 512 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 2 by the Ludington Police Department for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Nichols

– Scott Peter Nichols, 56, of 11796 N. Amber Rd., Manistee, was arrested Aug. 3 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 5 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Thomas Lee Tribble, 60, of 4851 N. Cleveland St., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 1 by MCSO for a felonies of assault with a dangerous weapon and felony firearm and two counts of second-offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Zachary Lee Clark, 20, of 11118 N. Budde Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Aug. 1 by MCSO for a felony of possession of narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Joseph Michael LeClair, 55, no address listed, was arrested Au. 1 by MCSO for one felony count of carrying a concealed weapon and two felony counts of resisting/opposing/assaulting police. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 23, of 1121 Lancer Lane, Ludington, was arrested July 31 by MCSO for a felony of possession of narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanor

– Michael Bruce Mackey, 46, of 2340 N. Tallman Lake Rd., Fountain, was arrested July 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
