79th District Court arraignments include burglary, MDMA possession, resisting police

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

McGraw

– Joshua Dale McGraw, 27, of 1697 Terrace, Muskegon, was arrested June 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony counts of burglary, felony firearm, receiving and concealing stolen property and larceny. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Kretchmar

– Alexander Bennett Kretchmar, 23, of 3258 S. Union Ave., Apt. 3R, Chicago, was arrested June 12 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of possession of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)/ecstasy/molly and a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pre-conference: June 24 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Noa

– Thomas Tommy-Teague Noa, 31, of 110 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested June 14 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one misdemeanor count of trespassing. Probable cause hearing: June 24 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Dice

– Ronald Duane Dice, Jr., 42, of 175 E. Millerton Rd., Scottville, was arrested June 5 by MCSO for a felony of second-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) with an occupant less than 16 years old. Probable cause hearing: June 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Bruce L. Wemple, 51, of 8888 E. Barothy Rd., Branch, was arrested June 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 13 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– David Dwayne White, 48, of 713 Diana St., Ludington, was arrested June 13 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kyle Scott Janicki, 23, of 4035 Winward Forest Trail, Manistee, was arrested June 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: July 6 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jared Daniel Koopman, 24, of 47 E. Maxlow Ave., Hazel Park, Mich., was arrested June 14 for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: July 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Marcos Moses Zamora, 20, of 1184 W. US-10, Scottville, was arrested June 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: June 29 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Melvin Arthur Olson, 38, of 5065 S. Schwass Rd., Scottville, was arrested June 9 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Austin James McCumber, 19, of 118 Mt Vernon, Scottville, was arrested June 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of altered driver’s license. Pretrial: June 22 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

– James Matthew Usiak, 21, of 464 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was arrested June 6 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: July 13 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 17, of 106 S. Staffon St., Ludington, was arrested June 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: July 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Adam Paul Nead, 27, of 206 W. Third St., Scottville, was arrested June 15 by the Scottville Police Department for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: June 29 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
