79th District Court arraignments include home invasion, CSC, harboring felons

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

– Arthur Lee Jackson, 56, of 709 ½ E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested June 4 by MSP for a felony of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and a second-offense habitual offender notice. Probable cause hearing: June 17 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Nicholas Thomas Lange, 28, of 5623 Riverview Dr., Ludington, was arrested June 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of harboring felons. Probable cause hearing: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Joynes

Joynes

– Stephanie Lynn Joynes, 32, of 211 E. Johnson Rd., Scottville, was arrested June 9 by MCSO for a felony of harboring felons. Probable cause hearing: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Kenneth James Purple, 26, of 203 Reinberg, Scottville, was arrested June 3 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felonies of second-degree home invasion and larceny in a building, along with a fourth-offense habitual offender notice. In a separate file, Purple was arrested June 3 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a felony of controlled substance, possession of analogues. Probable cause hearing: June 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.
