Credit card fraud among police activity

VICTORY TWP. — A local man “reported someone had taken out a Victoria Secret card in his name,” stated Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole. The fraud was reported Tuesday, June 9, at 5 p.m. in the 3900 block of North Stiles Road.

– 10:19 a.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $10.09 in fuel taken, 5900 block of W. US-10 — Ludington EZ Mart, Pere Marquette Twp.

– 1 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Cooper Creek Road, Grant Twp.

– 1:07 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), property damage accident, 1000 block N. Lakeshore Dr.

– 2:29 p.m., (MCSO), a 38-year-old Ludington man was arrested for retail fraud, 4800 block of W. US-10 — Walmart, PM Twp.
