LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:
– Suzanne Louise Anderson, 55, of 308 N. Rowe St., Apt 1, Ludington, was found guilty April 28 of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). She was sentenced to 33 days in jail with credit for 33 days served; outpatient treatment; $1,300 in fines and costs;180 days discretionary jail for for one year; must attend next session of Victims Impact Panel (VIP); no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs) and drug tests; and must attend AA three times per week. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Jason Alan Hancock, 44, of 4320 Weber Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty April 28 of second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). He was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,530 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail for two years; must complete Impact Weekend within four months and jail term will be suspended; must attend Substance Abuse Disorder Services (SUDS) at Community Mental Health (CMH); no alcohol/drugs; must attend AA three times per week for two years; and subject to random PBTs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Brenda Gail Stalter, 39, of 1140 Brandy Ln., Lot 64, Ludington, pleaded no contest April 22 to disorderly person/disturbing the peace. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 10 days discretionary jail for six months; and no contact with victim. One count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing .a police officer was dismissed.
– Evan Lee Fargo, 32, of 7267 Juanita Ave., Ludington, was found guilty April 28 of operating while impaired by liquor. He was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; $1,230 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must complete Impact Weekend within four months and jail term will be suspended; outpatient counseling; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); no alcohol/drugs; and subject to random PBTs and drug tests. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 23, of 1121 Lancer Lane, Ludington, pleaded no contest May 4 to third-degree retail fraud. He was sentenced to $730 in fines and costs; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and must take medications as prescribed.
– Chad Fredrick Collins, 24, of 9170 E. Kinney Rd., Branch, was found guilty May 4 of driver transporting open intoxicants. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; $265 in fines and costs; and 90 days discretionary jail for one year. One count of improper plate dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Lamott Dionne Reed, 53, of 85 E. Albany Ave., Idlewild, was found guilty April 28 of driving while license suspended (DWLS). He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $595 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Devin William Hawkins, 21, of 4263 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was found guilty April 28 of larceny by conversion less than $200. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served; $685 in fines, costs and restitution; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to random PBTs and drug tests.
– Elvira Delossantos Vanspronsen, 52, of 714 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty April 28 of operating with a high BAC. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served; outpatient treatment; $1,300 in fines and costs; outpatient treatment; 180 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next session of VIP; no alcohol/drugs; must attend AA three times per week; and subject to random PBTs and drug tests. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated or under a controlled substance was dismissed.
– Melody Joy Norman, 21, of 2727 E. First St., Custer, was found guilty April 28 of operating while impaired by liquor. She was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; $935 in fines and costs; AHSE; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next VIP session; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Tracy Lynn Kerbuski, 48, of 10918 Pine Cone Ct., West Olive, was found guilty April 28 of operating while impaired by liquor. She was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; $870 in fines and costs; AHSE; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend next VIP session; subject to random PBTs; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of driver transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.
– Joel Richard Treesh, 23, of 301 E. Melendy St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was found guilty April 29 of aggravated assault/domestic assault. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail with credit for five days served; serve 10 consecutive weekends; $1,025 in fines and costs; one year discretionary jail for two years; must complete Hands Down program; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to random PBTs and drug tests. One count of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
– Matthew Lee Burbridge, 19, of 216 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty April 23 of possessing a fish without a license and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
– Christopher Joseph Sekenske, 19, of 2041 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was found guilty April 23 of possessing a fish without a license and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
Dismissal
– Manuel Joe Vega II, 29, of 1090 Lancer Lane, Ludington, one count of domestic violence was dismissed, May 4.
